Ten Commandments of Project Management

Projects are essentially operated in an environment in which Uncertainties, Complexities and Pressure of time are foremost realities. It is about managing changes to the way the organization works and the way in which people do and react to changes in their work. Project managers need all the help they can get to succeed. So here, James Kerr coined a list of the Ten Commandments of Project Management in Computerworld.
